Welcome to the 4DSKY Flight Tracking Network! Here you’ll find everything you need to join and contribute to the world’s first and only flight‐tracking edge network, built on top of Neuron's machine-to-machine infrastructure.

What is an edge network? An edge network enables software applications such as drone apps and airport flight information diaplays to to connect directly to sensors enabling safety critical use-cases, via low latency, high availability, assured software with clear data provenance through the stack.

Other flight tracking networks are built on cloud technology, that isn't suitable for safety critical applications, due to single-points-of-failure, high network latencies, and non-assured software. Our founders have over 30 years of combined combined experience in aviation software assurance and safety verification, which has led to the development of this network alongside the support of the UK Civil Aviation Authority.
