I am on the 1337 screen and it asks me for keys / doesn't accept the one I got

A common error is to insert the neuron account key and not the neuron device key. These are different. Make sure you watch the video

⚠️ If you ignore the video you will likely think that you have finished with the setup because you got a key. But you need to make sure you got a device key, thus don't ignore.
