# I am on the 1337 screen and it asks me for keys / doesn't accept the one I got

A common error is to insert the **neuron account key** and not the **neuron device key. These are different. Make sure you watch the video** 

⚠️ If you ignore the video you will likely think that you have finished with the setup because you got a key. But you need to make sure you got a device key, thus don't ignore.
