# The WIFI settings are missing

Then scroll to the middle of the page to find the download link

Navigate to your device url [what-is-my-jv-device-ip-address-and-how-do-i-know-if-its-a-valid-one](https://docs.4dsky.com/most-common-issues/what-is-my-jv-device-ip-address-and-how-do-i-know-if-its-a-valid-one "mention") and navigate to Settings > Software Maintainance > Manaul File Upload. Then upload the file you donwloaded to the RIGHT HAND BOX.&#x20;

Wait until the word "back" appears at the end of the resulting messages stream.

⛔ If it shows no text at all then rename the ending of the downloaded file from `.deb` to `.ddeb` and try again
