# What is my neXX number?

The neXX is a Jetvision assigned neuron identifier that helps us and JV troubleshoot you. It also is an indicator that your device in neuron enabled (among [other things to check if device is neuron enabled ](https://docs.4dsky.com/most-common-issues/do-this-first-how-do-i-know-if-the-device-is-neuron-enabled))

You'll find it in the upper right side of of the admin in `http://your-ip-address/`

⚠️ If it's not there then contact JV or our discord. Your device is not neuron enabled.&#x20;

Alternatively, go to System Status > MLAT Server Status<br>
