# When setting up 1337 it is stuck with a 3D GPS fix error message

When you're stuck here then it means that the device has not seen enough satellites to get a valid gps signal. Your antenna needs to see clear sky and it can take up to 15 minutes to observe the signal.

To troubleshoot, goto <http://your-ip-address/status\\_gps.html> and look at then antenna statusI<br>

If it's anything other than OK then&#x20;

* Is the GPS antenna connected to the GPS jack?
* Have you screwed in the cable as tight as possible?  Sometimes then nut gets stuck midway.&#x20;
* Have you crossed antenna cables and they ended up in wrong jacks? That happens a lot with long cables and can be deceptive (planes might show up in the map but system is degraded).&#x20;

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.4dsky.com/most-common-issues/when-setting-up-1337-it-is-stuck-with-a-3d-gps-fix-error-message.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
