Welcome to the 4DSKY Flight Tracking Network! Here you’ll find everything you need to join and contribute to the world’s first and only edge-native flight‐tracking network, built on top of Neuron's machine-to-machine infrastructure.

What is an edge network? An edge network enables software applications such as drone apps and airport flight information displays to connect directly to sensors enabling safety critical use-cases, via low latency, high availability, assured software with clear data provenance through the stack.

Other flight tracking networks are built on centralised servers, that are not suitable for safety critical applications, due to single-points-of-failure, high network latencies, and difficulty in achieving software assurance. Our founders have over 30 years of combined combined experience in aviation safety verification, which has led to the development of this network alongside the support of the UK Civil Aviation Authority.
