4dsky.com is not showing planes from my sensor.

First make sure that you have internet and have a commercial licence. It's easy to believe the device is on the internet when it's not. If there's no commercial licence then the device will not serve your outputs even if it appears on explorer.neuron.world.

Having sorted connectivity issues, the most common reason 4dsky is not showing your data is that the service is not buying from your sensor at the moment. This is either because it has run out of money, or because our dev team is trying different things, or because the service decided that it doesn't want to buy at this time.

Think of 4dsky as a customer with his own mind and own reasons for not choosing a sensor. This has nothing to do with favouring one sensor over another (for now) - it's how neuron is trying to test different scenarios and this has nothing to do with your contribution to the network.

Also, another common reason of not showing up is when the internet connection between the buyer and the seller becomes slow. The fault there is not necessary with you, the seller; in fact, it takes two to tango! In such cases, the packets arrive with a delay that's not useful to the buyer and the service simply discards packets. Overloaded networks cause delays. Streaming to too many buyers causes delays. Serving multiple sensor communities at once causes delays as well as overlaading the jetvision device with too many services.
