Make sure the device is connected to the internet , and is funded with hbar using https://portal.hedera.com/faucetarrow-up-right. You can check your device's balance in https://hashscan.io/testnet/homearrow-up-right.
Sometimes, devices do a hard-reset. To check if this has happened to you check if your device is still neuron enabled
If you still cannot resolve the red mark then grab a copy of the neuron logs before contacting us.
